Vintage dress size 9 with Padded shoulders.

Swing era vibe, my guess would be 1950 

Unsure of material, definitely some synthetics, sorry world

Double button closure - Elastic waist - About shin length

Dress is pre-1980s, so quite vintage! The "lot number" tags stopped being used in the early 80s :)
